“Creativity is a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious”

I was born in Spain in 1976.
In 2006 I completed my bachelor's degree in art at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain.
In 2008, I did my postgraduate studies at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle-Saale, and that same year, I moved to Munich, the capital of Bavaria. Since 2020, I have been living in a village in the Alps called Oberammergau.
I currently work as a freelance painter for the Bavarian State Opera in Munich and parttime at the Passion Play Theatre in Oberammergau, as well as for film set design.
For over 20 years, my personal creative work has been the result of a union between the visual arts and depth psychology. The latter helps me become aware of the unknown part of us all: the unconscious.

My artistic work as a painter underwent a transformation in 2014, inspired by long walks through the forest at dusk. In its clearings, I discovered a meeting place between light and darkness, a metaphor for the relationship between the conscious and unconscious in human beings and the importance of establishing a dialogue between the two to offer us the possibility of reaching a new reality that expands our knowledge of ourselves.
All the artistic and intellectual material displayed here does not belong solely to the ingenuity of a single individual, as life is full of experiences and people who, directly or indirectly, contribute an essential part to the whole.
